“I’m Doing Okay:” Idris Elba Reveals He Tested Positive For Coronavirus
Idris Elba revealed on Monday that he has tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).
The Hollywood star said he had no symptoms but decided to get tested after finding out that he was exposed to another individual who was tested positive.
Idris shared the news alongside his wife Sabrina Dhowre Elba in a video posted on Twitter.
This morning I tested positive for Covid 19. I feel ok, I have no symptoms so far but have been isolated since I found out about my possible exposure to the virus. Stay home people and be pragmatic. I will keep you updated on how I’m doing No panic. pic.twitter.com/Lg7HVMZglZ

Elba joins a growing list of names in entertainment and sports who have contracted the virus. We reported previously that legendary actor Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson tested positive for coronavirus — as well as NBA players Rudy Gobert, Donovan Mitchell, and Christian Wood.
