UPDATE — Reality television star and entrepreneur Kandi Burruss and producer Todd Tucker have officially settled their divorce, bringing an end to months of legal back-and-forth following the couple’s 2025 split.
According to court documents filed on March 11, 2026, the former couple informed the court that they had reached a full and final agreement resolving their divorce proceedings. The settlement comes roughly four months after Burruss publicly announced the end of their marriage in November 2025.
While the financial terms of the agreement have not been publicly disclosed, the court has requested additional documents outlining the couple’s parenting plan and child support arrangements, which must be submitted in the coming days to finalize the divorce.
Burruss and Tucker were married for 11 years after tying the knot in 2014. The pair first met while working together on Bravo’s hit reality series The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2011 and later became one of the franchise’s most recognizable couples.
During their marriage, the couple welcomed two children together: son Ace, 9, and daughter Blaze, 6. Both Burruss and Tucker also have children from previous relationships.
The divorce process was not without tension. Reports indicate the former couple initially clashed over custody arrangements and financial matters, with both sides at one point seeking primary custody of their children.
Despite the disputes, Burruss has previously said that she and Tucker remain focused on maintaining a healthy co-parenting relationship for the sake of their family.
